Dear Lord,

It's Christmas time, 

And the world is weary and worn.

Hearts have grown cold

Cus we miss all the laughter 

We miss all the chatter

And great celebrations of old. 

Keep us mindful of You

Doing all that we do.

And remember Your blessings of past.

Help us praise Your Name

Today and forever

And warm our hearts from this fast

. 

We look forward to when

We'll be with You then

Our hearts will long no more.

For perfection will be in every 

Moment we see

As our spirits will finally be home.

Jesus, You are the Reason

For this great Season.

May this world celebrate You!

In a time of great sadness

And burdens so heavy 

May Your joy fill our hearts 

Till they're full.

May Your peace be upon us

Your love be among us

As we ready our hearts

For this Christmas!
