Worth Living by John David Meadows
Worth Living
I spend most of my time alone
With my pad and pen
Every experience I've ever known
Are contained on the pages within.
If you and I have shared any time
On this journey called life
Chances are you cross my mind
As I relive our walk, I write.
The truth is in the details
Anonymous all will remain
Secretes I swore I'd never tell
From doing so in loyalty I refrain.
It you were ever to read my story
You'd recognize the chapters containing you
How ever brief we have a history
My life was made worth living knowing you.
